The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) has disbursed N7.61 billion in pension benefits to 4,237 retired officers. The funds have been transferred to nine Pension Fund Administrators (PFAs) for onward credit to the retirees’ individual accounts. Comptroller-General Adewale Adeniyi announced the payment during a dialogue with retirees on July 14, emphasizing the Service’s commitment to prioritizing the welfare of its former personnel. Major PFA recipients include Premium Pension and Access-ARM Pension Managers.
