The Federal University of Education, Zaria, has unveiled a five-year strategic plan for 2025–2029 aimed at enhancing financial sustainability and institutional growth. The reform agenda, spearheaded by Vice-Chancellor Yahaya Isa Bunkure, focuses on diversifying internally generated revenue through commercial ventures and grants, while accelerating digital transformation, including the deployment of smart campus technologies and enterprise resource planning systems. The plan also prioritizes research commercialization, infrastructure upgrades, and academic excellence to align the institution with global standards.
