The Africa Real Estate Awards have been officially launched in Lagos to recognize excellence, foster innovation, and stimulate investment across the continent’s property sector. Founded by Kingsley Amafibe, the platform aims to connect developers, investors, and policymakers to promote sustainable urban development and address infrastructure needs. The inaugural awards ceremony is scheduled to take place on December 13, 2026.
