Ossiomo Power Company has accused China Clean Energy Technology Company (CCETC) of filing a fictitious petition with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) to circumvent ongoing litigation. Ossiomo Power maintains that the issues concerning share divestment and director removal are already before the Federal High Court in Abuja, rendering the CAC petition an abuse of court process. Additionally, Ossiomo Industrial Park reported the illegal theft of sand worth over 782 million naira from its Ologbo site, with investigations currently underway.
