TGM Academy, a new institution established by That Good Media, has launched in Lagos with the ambitious goal of training and certifying 10,000 talent managers across Africa by 2030. Founder Toyosi Etim-Effiong announced a 2.5 billion Naira funding initiative to support this workforce development, aimed at professionalizing the management of creative talent to drive sustainable economic growth. The academy will focus on building ethical leadership, global partnerships, and structured career pathways for African creatives. During its inaugural roundtable, stakeholders from the creative, diplomatic, and corporate sectors emphasized that such institutional infrastructure is essential to elevating African talent on the global stage.
