Geregu Power Plc has appointed Mohammed Sani Jaoji as its Acting Chief Executive Officer, marking the company’s second leadership change in seven months. Jaoji, an engineer with over three decades of experience in the power sector, replaces Sean Manley, whose interim term concluded on August 14, 2026. The appointment is subject to approval by the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission.
