Seamfix Limited has partnered with the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security and the Cooperative Federation of Nigeria to launch the National Cooperative Smart Registry. This initiative introduces a digital verification framework, including the Cooperative Verification Number and Cooperative Member Identification Number, to formalize Nigeria’s cooperative sector. The project aims to improve regulatory coordination, enhance access to financial services, and reduce fraud across over 370,000 registered cooperative societies.
