Professor Silva Opuala-Charles has been appointed as the Head of Africa Operations for the US-based Chartered Institute of Management and Leadership (CIML). In this executive role, Opuala-Charles will oversee the institute’s regional expansion, including the establishment of national chapters, strategic partnerships, and professional certification programs across the continent. Currently serving as the President of Garden City Premier Business School, he brings extensive experience in finance and public sector management to the position.
