Femi Otedola has increased his stake in First HoldCo Plc for the fifth time in just over a month. Through his investment vehicle, Calvados Global Services Limited, Otedola acquired an additional 95.7 million shares worth N12.58 billion at N131.48 per share. This latest transaction brings his total holding in the financial services group to approximately 26.6 percent, or 12.23 billion shares. The purchase, disclosed in an insider dealing notice to the Nigerian Exchange, signals Otedola’s continued push toward a majority stake in the bank.
