MTN Nigeria has announced the resignation of Eyitope Kola-Oyeneyin from its Board of Directors, effective August 31, 2026. Kola-Oyeneyin, who served as an Independent Non-Executive Director since January 2025, recently accepted an appointment as Chairperson of the Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission (NIPC). The telecommunications firm expressed gratitude for her service, as it continues to report strong financial growth, including a record N1.09 trillion profit before tax for the first half of 2026.
