The Investment in Digital and Creative Enterprises (iDICE) programme has launched in the Southeast, targeting Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu, and Imo states. Delivered in partnership with Del-York Group, the initiative aims to bridge the gap between youth training and sustainable employment in sectors such as software development, digital marketing, and industrial design. Experts emphasize that the project’s success depends on moving beyond simple certification toward verifiable job placements, enterprise creation, and integration with the region’s existing industrial clusters. The framework stresses the need for outcome-based measurement, diaspora involvement, and infrastructure support to ensure skills lead directly to measurable economic productivity.
