The budget, titled the ‘Budget of Resilience for Growth and Development,’ includes N1.4 trillion for capital expenditure, with significant allocations for infrastructure, education, and healthcare. The swift legislative action follows a period of political impasse, with the Governor signaling a renewed focus on state progress and welfare. Financial sources for the budget include N936 billion from FAAC, N487.6 billion in internally generated revenue, and N382.5 billion in capital receipts.
