The Yobe State Government has commenced a three-day strategic review of its Human Capital Development and Democratic Dividend (HCD-DD) Strategic Plan for 2025–2027. Meeting in Kano, the HCD-DD Council is evaluating implementation progress across the education, healthcare, and skills development sectors. The initiative, supported by development partner Lafiya UK, aims to improve service delivery and ensure data-driven policy execution to enhance citizen wellbeing.
