Nigeria’s national customer satisfaction score reached a record high of 71 percent in 2025, according to the latest Nigeria Customer Service Index report. While this marks an increase from previous years, the index reveals a significant disparity in performance across sectors. E-commerce led the rankings with a 75 percent satisfaction score, while the power and public sectors recorded the sharpest declines. MTN maintained its leadership in the telecommunications sector, and Stanbic IBTC emerged as the top-ranked bank. The report emphasizes that despite rising overall satisfaction, trust and service consistency remain critical challenges for businesses as consumer expectations continue to grow.
