Saudi Arabia has updated its family visa regulations to allow eligible skilled expatriate workers to process entry visas for their families simultaneously with their own work visa applications. Previously, expatriates were required to complete their personal visa process before initiating applications for dependants. The Ministry of Interior noted that this change aims to improve the quality of life for skilled professionals, though standard residency finalization procedures remain mandatory upon arrival. Eligible dependants include spouses, sons under 25, and unmarried daughters.
