The company maintains a strict policy regarding authorized cargo for its various subsidiaries and warned that trucks found carrying unapproved goods will face legal action. Meanwhile, in Kogi State, the government has declared all highway revenue collection illegal under new tax laws. Officials have warned that anyone found collecting unauthorized fees on highways will be prosecuted as a criminal and an economic saboteur.
