The Federal Government has invested over N1 trillion in Nigeria’s tertiary education sector over the past two years to upgrade infrastructure and expand student access. Education Minister Tunji Alausa stated that the funds were directed toward constructing and rehabilitating student hostels, engineering workshops, medical schools, and laboratories. Alausa reiterated the administration’s commitment to ensuring that financial constraints no longer prevent qualified students from pursuing higher education.
