Key recommendations include executing a specific Power of Attorney with separated roles for sourcing and legal representation, retaining independent estate surveyors and lawyers before committing to a property, and avoiding cash payments in favor of bank-to-bank transfers. Investors are further urged to finalize the Deed of Assignment and secure Governor’s Consent immediately, while physically securing land boundaries to prevent encroachment.
