While this reflects a slight improvement from the 15.30% contraction in the first quarter, it highlights persistent structural challenges in the power value chain, including generation, transmission, and gas supply constraints. This weakness contrasts with the broader Nigerian economy, which recorded a 4.43% growth in the same period.
